Bookshop of Saba

The antique bookshop “Umberto Saba” which the poet took over after the First World War is in Via San Nicolò number 30. In 1921 the bookshop was the editor of the first edition of “Canzoniere”, masterpiece of the Trieste poet.

The original shelves are filled with precious volumes as for example the poems of Saba written in 1911 or the  first edition of 1921of the “Canzoniere”.
