The pastry shop preparing kosher sweets according to Jewish alimentary laws was owned by the Eppinger family and still preserves an authentic 19th century atmosphere. Pastry is still baked in the original wood oven dating back to 1850; to be mentioned the montino, a typical Jewish pastry eaten between February and March during the Purim festivity.
The liberty style Bomboniera pastry shop, one of the oldest in Italy, is still a real temple for pastry tasting.
